Big Sun annuncia la disponibilità di nuove celle solari baste sulla tecnologia "COMBO CELL", che offrono un'efficienza media di conversione del 17,8%. Ciò permette la produzione di Moduli PV sempre più efficienti di grade A.

Big Sun Energy Technology Inc., a solar cell manufacturing company, today announced a new solar cell product line based on its newly developed “Combo-Cell” technology. Combo-Cell utilizes special shallow junction and highly anti-reflective surface texturing processes so that the cell External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) can be effectively improved. In addition, by incorporating an optimal electrode layout, the average solar cell conversion efficiency for 6” and 5” Mono cells can reach 17.8% in mass production. . Currently the company is ramping up its production volume for the 5” and 6” series of high efficiency solar cells based on this new technology.
